The Group is looking to diversify into property development including residential and commercial projects. A distinct brand is intended to be built with an emphasis on quality, innovation and timeliness in delivery of the projects.

The Group is already involved in the construction of over 500 houses for flood victims in villages in and around Bellary as a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
